本ページは日本語版を正本とし、英語版は参考訳です。両者に齟齬がある場合、日本語版が優先します。

日本語（正本 / Authoritative）

1. 原則：本文・図版は CC BY 4.0

Arkor のウェブサイト（www.arkor.ai、および /ja 配下の日本語ページ）の公開ページに当社が掲載した文章・図表・スクリーンショットその他のコンテンツは、クリエイティブ・コモンズ表示 4.0 国際ライセンス（CC BY 4.0）のもとで提供しています（下記 3〜5 に定めるものを除きます）。

出典を表示していただければ、商用・非商用を問わず、複製・翻訳・改変・再配布を自由に行えます。当社への事前の許諾申請は不要です。

2. 帰属（クレジット）の表示方法

たとえば次のように、著作権者名・ライセンス名・ライセンス本文へのリンク・出典ページへのリンクを示してください。

改変した場合は、その旨がわかるように記載してください。当社が改変版を推奨しているかのような表示は避けてください。

3. コードサンプルは MIT ライセンス

複製物または重要な部分には、著作権表示と許諾表示（ライセンス本文）を含めてください。これを満たす限り、商用利用を含め、自由に利用・改変・再配布できます。

4. 例外① フレームワークのドキュメントは全体が MIT

これらのページは公開リポジトリー arkorlab/arkor のドキュメントから生成しています。適用されるライセンスは、各ドキュメントページの末尾にも表示しています。

上記 3 と同じく、複製物または重要な部分には著作権表示と許諾表示を含めてください。

5. 例外② 上記ライセンスの対象外

次のものは上記のライセンスの対象に含まれません。

Arkor および株式会社Romanarkのロゴ・名称・その他のブランド資産（マスコット画像を含みます）。CC BY 4.0 は商標の使用を許諾するものではありません。
チームメンバーの写真など、人物が写っている画像。本人の許諾が必要です。
第三者から提供を受けた素材、引用、外部サービスのロゴ・スクリーンショットなど、当社が権利を有していないもの。
組織ページおよびプロジェクト（モデルカード）ページ。掲載されているものの多くが利用者の著作物であるため、ページ全体を対象外とします。
プレイグラウンドやデモに入力された内容、および言語モデルが生成した応答。いずれも当社の著作物ではなく、権利は投稿者その他の権利者に帰属します。
対象外である旨をページ自身が記載しているページ。現在は/terms（利用規約）、/privacy（プライバシーポリシー）および/license（本ページ）です。

本ページのライセンスは公開ページに掲載されたコンテンツを対象とします。ログイン後のダッシュボードなどアプリケーション画面、および本ウェブサイト自体の実装ソースコードは対象外です（後者は上記 3 の「コードサンプル」とは別のものです）。

1. The default — text and figures are CC BY 4.0

Text, figures, screenshots and other content that we publish on the public pages of the Arkor website (www.arkor.ai, including the Japanese pages under /ja) are licensed under the Creative Commons Attribution 4.0 International License (CC BY 4.0), except as set out in sections 3 to 5 below.

You may copy, translate, adapt and redistribute it for any purpose, commercial or not, as long as you give attribution. You do not need to ask us first.

2. How to attribute

Give the copyright holder, the license name, a link to the license itself and a link back to the page you took the content from — for example:

If you changed the material, say so. Do not present your version in a way that suggests we endorse it.

3. Code samples are MIT

Include the copyright notice and the permission notice (the license text) in all copies or substantial portions. Within that, you may use, modify and sell them freely, commercially or not.

4. Exception 1 — the framework docs are MIT in full

Those pages are generated from the documentation in the public arkorlab/arkor repository. Every docs page states the license that applies to it at the foot of the article.

As in section 3, include the copyright notice and the permission notice in all copies or substantial portions.

5. Exception 2 — what the licenses above do not cover

The following are outside the licenses above:

The Arkor and Romanark Inc. logos, names and other brand assets, including mascot artwork. CC BY 4.0 grants no trademark rights.
Photographs of people, such as the team photos. These need the permission of the person pictured.
Third-party material: quoted content, and logos or screenshots of external services we do not hold the rights to.
Organization pages and project (model card) pages. Most of what they show belongs to the user, so the page as a whole is outside this licence.
What a visitor types into the playground or a demo, and what a language model returns there. Neither is our work, and the rights stay with whoever holds them.
Any page that says on itself that it is outside this licence — currently /terms, /privacy and /license (this page).

This page licenses what is published on the public pages. The signed-in application, and the website's own implementation source code, are not covered — the latter being a different thing from the code samples in section 3.
