Arkor is now available in Japanese

The marketing site, the documentation, the blog, and the changelog you are reading now exist in Japanese as well as English.

A browser that prefers Japanese lands on the Japanese pages on its first visit, and the language switcher in the header sticks to whatever you choose after that. URLs stay the same in English and gain a /ja prefix in Japanese.

The console is still English only, and so is the chat interface itself: on /ja/playground the page around it is Japanese while the controls it shares with the console stay English.
